These are not normal ebooks — readers fill them in, print them out, or work through them on a tablet — and they need a different production approach. Most workbook projects ship in seven to ten working days.
What a fillable workbook PDF actually needs
A fillable workbook PDF needs real form fields, not just lines on a page. We build text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns and signature fields directly into Acrobat, then test that the file works the same way in Apple Preview, Adobe Reader and the iPad annotation tools your readers actually use. Page numbering, bookmarks and a navigable table of contents are built in so a 120-page workbook isn't a scroll endurance test.
Course workbook design tends to live in a specific commercial context — a paid course, a coaching programme, a corporate training module — and the workbook is part of the deliverable the customer is paying for.
