More about our blog writing work.
Our blog writing services produce voice-matched blog posts, long-form articles and SEO-optimised content for founders, agencies, B2B brands and publishers. A professional blog writer leads each engagement, paired with an editor who reviews structure, voice and search intent before delivery. Most clients run with us on a monthly cadence — four to twelve posts per month — though one-off long-form commissions are also part of the work.
What a blog ghostwriter does beyond the writing
A blog ghostwriter records 30 minutes with you at the start of the relationship to capture phrasing, sentence rhythm and the words you reach for. From there the team can produce a voice-matched blog at scale without the author needing to draft. Briefs are built against search intent — what the reader actually wants when they type the query — rather than just the keyword. SEO blog post writing without intent matching is wallpaper; with it, it's discoverable.
Long-form content writing is its own discipline. A 3,000-word piece needs a real structural argument, not just a longer surface; we outline before writing, ship the outline to you for approval, then draft. Editing happens in a single round on the long-form pieces, two rounds on short-form. Average turnaround is five to nine working days per piece, depending on word count and research depth.
SEO blog post writing — what we will and won't do
We won't keyword-stuff. We won't write 12 H2s on the same query to chase a featured snippet. We will research the SERP, read the top five competing pieces, and write something genuinely more useful than what's already ranking — that's how SEO blog post writing actually works in 2025 and 2026. Internal linking, schema mark-up and meta descriptions are included as part of every brief.
Deliverables: clean Google Docs draft, suggested meta description and title tag, two royalty-free image suggestions per post, and copyright assignment on payment.
Questions we are asked.
Short, honest answers. Anything else, send to contact@ebookwriting.ai.
What does the starting figure include?
At ebookwriting.ai, the starting blog writing fee of $180 covers a single original blog post up to an agreed word count, keyword and audience research, two revision rounds, internal-link suggestions, and a meta description. Imagery and publication are quoted separately.
How long does a blog post take?
Five to seven working days for a standard 800–1,500 word post. Long-form pillar content runs ten to fourteen days. Recurring schedules are planned a month at a time so production is predictable.
What if the draft doesn't fit the brand voice?
Two revision rounds are included on every post. We build a short voice document at the start of the engagement and adjust against it for the first two or three posts — by the fourth, the voice is usually locked.
Who owns the writing?
You do. Full copyright transfers on delivery, and the posts are yours to edit, republish, or repurpose without attribution to us.
How are posts delivered?
A Google Doc or Word file with the headline, body, meta description, suggested internal links, and image placement notes. We can publish directly to your CMS as an additional service if that's helpful.
Will the posts actually rank?
We write to current search intent and on-page best practice, but ranking depends on your site's authority, competition, and ongoing publishing rhythm. We'll be honest in the proposal about what a single post can realistically achieve versus what needs a sustained content programme.
