Google Docs, Word, Notion, or pasted directly into Webflow, WordPress or your CMS of choice.
One on the wireframe, one on the prose. The rhythm that catches edits before they cost time.
If the third page doesn't sound like the same studio, we re-draft on us until it does.

More about our website content writing work.
Our website content writing services produce home pages, product pages, about pages, service pages and full site rewrites for founders, agencies and B2B brands. A website copywriter leads each engagement and is paired with an editor who reviews narrative flow, conversion logic and brand voice. Most full site rewrites take four to eight weeks; standalone pages run two to three weeks. SaaS website copy is a particular speciality of the studio.
How a marketing page writer approaches the work
A marketing page writer doesn't start at the keyboard; they start at the customer interview. We run two to four short calls with current customers to surface the actual phrases buyers use, the objections they hold, and the moment they decided to buy. The page is built from those conversations, not from a competitor sweep. Product-page copywriter work follows the same logic at finer grain — feature claims are mapped to evidence, and any unverified claim is flagged in the draft.
About-page writer briefs are the most underrated. An About page that does its job moves a hesitant prospect to a contact form; an About page that doesn't is a vanity bio. We write About pages as narrative — the founding moment, the wrong turn, the principle the company is unwilling to break — rather than as company history. The team has shipped 60-plus About pages since 2023 and we'll show you live examples.
SaaS website copy — what we ship
SaaS website copy lives or dies on the home page, the pricing page and the integrations page. We rewrite all three together because the messaging has to compound across them; rewriting one in isolation usually wastes the budget. Briefs are calibrated to a specific Ideal Customer Profile rather than a generic persona, and copy is tested against the product itself, not the demo.
Deliverables: a structured copy doc per page, suggested page-level SEO meta data, a wireframe note for the designer, and copyright assignment on payment.
Questions we are asked.
Short, honest answers. Anything else, send to contact@ebookwriting.ai.
What does the starting figure include?
At ebookwriting.ai, the starting website content fee of $260 per page covers a defined set of pages — typically home, about, services, contact — with research, a voice and message workup, two revision rounds per page, and SEO metadata for each.
How long does website content take?
Three to five weeks for a five-to-seven page site, depending on interview availability and stakeholder review. The schedule is written into your proposal.
What if a page doesn't say what we mean?
Two revision rounds are included per page. We work the home page first because it sets the voice for everything else — once that page lands, the rest tends to follow with light editing only.
Who owns the copy?
You do. Full copyright transfers on final payment, and the pages are yours to edit, port to a new CMS, or rewrite in future without attribution to us.
How is the copy delivered?
A Google Doc or Word file structured page by page, with body copy, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text suggestions, and any call-to-action variants. We can paste into a CMS as an additional service.
Can the copy be written to convert as well as read well?
Yes. Each page is written against a defined reader action — book a call, request a quote, sign up — and the structure, headings, and CTAs are tested against that goal before sign-off. Voice and conversion are not in opposition when the brief is honest about both.
